all was good . a bit concerning when the free articles came a day before cartridges arrived.

I haven't used the cartridges yet, but the price is wonderful!! Shipping brings the price up but still a great deal.

Had trouble using the land-line. Reverted to internet which is good for you guys but hard on an older person who had a question

Prompt delivery for reasonable price. Did however get one Black ink cartridge w faulty chip so printer would not recognize and print . Had to reorder. Filed Customer complaint about it but never got a response.

Fast service... Have not used any of the ink just yet.
