Always satisfied with product; appreciate the lower cost for color inks compared to retail. Only one problem over several years of purchasing, a magenta cartridge that is still over half full has failed. I just installed a new one so the printer is now working again, but color balance seems off

You did good as you usually do, but one of the 250XL cartridges started leaking in its wrapper. It seem to have quit as I put it in the printer, but it took a couple of days to get the stain off my hands.
