The shipping time frame was great. One cartridge had leaked in its packaging. The response to the bad cartridge was promptly responded to. HP9012 would not accept or allow use of these ink cartridges

Cartridges received on time. Black works after ignoring the HP incompatible warning, haven't yet used color.

I wanted to wait until I had time to actually replace the ink cartridges and use them before leaving a review. I ordered a few months ago. Well, I finally ran out of ink and needed to replace one black and 2 color cartridges a couple days ago. My printer recognized the cartridges as non-Epson brand immediately but I was able to choose to use them anyway. I did use the printer head cleaning function once after installing, but once I hit print, it printed very vivid, high quality black and color pages. I was impressed. House of Inks has much better ink than the generic cartridges I purchased from another company awhile ago. Their ink is close to or as good as Epson brand ink in my opinion. The ordering process was simple, I saved a lot of money, and I received the ink within a few days in a secure package. I will definitely purchase from this company again.
