First time buyer, was informed about my purchase being on backorder because the site did not inform about stock prior to purchase. Was a little wary but they delivered in the end. Hope to see better improvement in communicating such details to the customer before they make an order.

Generally ok. Shipping and protection of the box require some improvement to protect the contents. Suggest to ship box in a box.

Shipping is ok. Only mode is home delivery.

Generally good except with the partner logistics service provider.

The mini size fits better. But this new model can only be synced to one device whereas the older version can be synced to 2 devices.
