When I saw my package looked like it had been dropped at delivery. I sent a message to GainSaver and I had my instructions on how to send the unit back for replacement. Even my boss is even interested in buying hardware from GainSaver now. Budgets are tight these days and I need my money to stretch more.

I was nervous that my return wouldn't be accepted for a technicality--but they were incredibly efficient!
