Good company

I had a wonderful experience with Gainsaver. I had a very specific order of 2 iMac, a machine that is no longer being produced. I had originally ordered from another vendor without communication and with no results - after waiting a month, I canceled with them. When I placed the order with Gainsaver I was immediately told that these were not actually in stock (transparency I would have appreciated from the first vendor). The representative communicated how they acquire machines and that the next 2 that were available would be sent to me. The representative called me as options came in and I actually ended up with a better machine than I was planning and they did not wait until both were in stock to ship. They sent the first a few weeks after the order and it arrived quickly. The second was ready not long after. The representative followed up with me regularly and had updates and honest information. The whole experience really was wonderful. . . especially coming from a vendor that didn’t communicate and couldn’t provide the equipment I wanted. I would buy again and recommend Gainsaver to anyone who asks.

I received my computer within a few days. The carton was in excellent condition. The computer looked like it was brand new. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
