I ordered a refurbished 2012 MacBook Pro and it came with the wrong amount of RAM that I ordered and the charger didn’t work. I contacted them about this, and they refunded me the money I spent on the upgrade and sent me a new charger. Not ideal, but it was very hassle free.

GREAT SERVICE AND FAST RESPONSE

I ordered a Mid-2015 MacBook Pro from GainSaver to upgrade a 2008 I bought from GainSaver 7 years ago. When I bought that first one for college, I didn't know if I made the right choice. It didn't seem like a good idea, but the difference in price between the Gainsaver MacBook (which I could customize with more RAM and a better hard drive!) and the other ones I was looking at was astonishing. Gainsaver saved me hundreds of dollars. And that computer is STILL going strong, just the way Gainsaver set it up. My wife is keeping that one, while I upgrade my work machine. 7 years later, when I was looking for a new Mac, I didn't even look anywhere else. And my experience is even better than it was then.

This is the first desktop I own, and I purchased it refurbished. I admit, I was a bit nervous and still have the box because I never made a purchase like this, but other than that, the computer looks BRAND SPANKIN NEW! I would also shop here again if I had to make an emergency purchase without the money upfront. The coolest thing is, I am telling all my friends and people I influence about on social media because I will do a blog post soon!
