Easy and fast. I've made a number of Gainsaver purchases over the years through my company and it's always been a good decision. Important to note that these are refurbished units and it's worth ordering the extra warrantee. I get three years and it's come in handy a few times.

1st time customer, I was nervous. There's some bad reviews floating around the web. That aside, I read the good reviews also and decided to chance it. BAM! The Mac Pro is in PRISTINE condition and for a great price. Was concerned it would take awhile to get here, but only 5 days or so. I would recommend GainSaver to friends and family! (I'm a real dude living in the MO Ozarks...no made up review here!)
