Sent non-functioning computer and no response from customer service
I was sent a computer that did not charge. We contacted support immediately but have not heard back. We are trying to buy chargers to see if that's the issue or if it's the computer, but either way, that's extremely poor service. We are also waiting on another computer that was purchsed through them to be fixed for the SECOND time in the first year, which has both times taken over 5 weeks to be returned to us.
