I'm really happy pleased with my item I have purchased. At first I was scared because I never knew about GainSaver, but now I always recommend the site to people.

My mid-2012 MacBook Pro arrived perfectly packaged and with the options I selected. Unfortunately, the included non-Apple power supply broke the second day I had it (plastic pin held removable cord instead of metal pin like Apple brand--plastic pin snapped right off). Thankfully I had an old power supply I could use until I bought a new one. I bought the extended warranty but it did not include power supply. The laptop itself is in excellent condition and is working great.

I bought a laptop from gainsaver and i wasn't expecting it to be brand new since it was labeled as refurbished anyway. When the laptop came in, there were scratches which saddened me but it they didn't really matter anymore after months of using it. The laptop does not have major problems but only minor scratches and those kind of things. It does it's job very well and is a very good laptop with a bit of minor glitches.

I love my older MacBook, just wish my power supply worked without me having to keep it plugged in and having something pushed against it to stay on. Once its on its exactly what I bought it for.

Decided to switch to Mac and Gainsaver.com was recommended to me by both my dad and husband, who are both Mac users and bought their laptops from the site. The savings were the first thing I noticed, and was very excited about! I was also happy that you are able to customize the laptop to make it right for you. I was able to pick the processor, RAM, and operating system which was great. The laptop came in the estimated time frame and was very easy to set up, even not knowing much about Mac machines. The only issue I encountered was bad RAM. I had to replace the sticks that came in the machine about two weeks after receiving the laptop, but because of the original savings is was not a big deal. I highly recommend Gainsaver for purchasing your next Mac!
