No complaints shipping was delayed a few days to to train derailment but no fault to eufy I love my home base 3 and 4K quality just need a S340 solar for comparison

Customer service is very great as well. I called about a feature.

Simple, easy to use, no internet connection required. perfect for my needs. The only thing I think is that the previous model had 2 brushes, this one has only 1 (savings?). According to my observations, two of them collected dust better.
