eufy X10 Pro Omni Robot Vacuum and Mop
I wanted this because most of the robot 'mops' are just a Swiffer wet head on the front, which isn't so much mopping. This has 2 moving heads that lower to the floor and turn to try and get stuff off the floor. It has a nice base unit that you can add water to and it can empty the dry and wet waste into different sections. It also is a lot smarter than my 7-plus-year-old iRobot vacuums in what it can do. The mapping feature alone in the eufy is rather nice, along with the ability to limit where it cleans. So, why not 5 stars? Well, the manual that comes with it pretty much has how to set up the base and put the vacuum in it, and then tells you to get the app. Instructions? I am betting they exist somewhere, but so far I haven't found a manual, and while in some respects you might not need one, it would be nice to have the features explained so that I can understand how to make it work the best. The mapping of the rooms went fine, and it seemed to realize what was carpet and what was not, but the cleaning for the mopping seemed weak (which could be a setting I am unsure of) and the water it used was very small. Most of the little drips of various liquids that normally come up with a simple mopping were still there after. It did do something because the dirty water was dirty, but I would be fine with it using more water to get the spots up.The main issue I have with this vacuum is the lack of instructions, if not printed, an easy-to-find link to a PDF would have been good as well, just some way to say 'this is how all this works'. It may be in the app somewhere, but while some people live on their phones, with the tiny screen, I like the big 32" monitors on my computer that I can read without reading glasses.
