Element Case

I have used the Black Ops case now for a few weeks and like some features and not others. On the plus side the case is built as expected from Element Case. It is rugged and holds the iPhone 14 safely. On the negative side you cannot charge the phone wirelessly unless you remove the credit card case. This option seems to make the case unnecessarily thick and has a very hollow, plastic feel to it. I am sure some designer thought this was a good idea. I am not convinced. With this attachment the case does not fit in all my tactical pants pockets and loses the solid feel of my previous case for my iPhone Xs. The stand is nice and, again, not a necessary option for me. If I want to watch lengthy video I will use a computer and monitor rather than my phone. So it is Good, not Great. It does do the job of protecting my phone and that is what I bought the case for.

Overall element case is an innovative company

Customer service was slow to clarify a question about exchange vs return but otherwise everything was good.

the case build quality is great all, however an improvement could be made to make easy access port for simcard (screw in ) to allow exchanging simcards withou having to remove the whole case. making larger carging port opening to allow angle type lightning port full access, making a slight larger opening on the back to allow magnasafe acc/chargers. i have car charger and desk wireless charger all didnt fit the back opening.

Great product just to costly.
