Customer service was great very efficient. Shipping was good. Just wish that I had not paid 75.00 for my case one day and goes on better sale 2 days later for 45.00.

The watch cae came w/good onstructions. My only concern was i list a nit on one of the links in middle of band and a link was dangling when i took watch off. Had ti go through every link and make sure they were snug. Some were very loose. Not at clasp area either. Called customer service and they were very responsive to send extra parts . Thank you.
