Case feels good in hands, heavy but got used to it quickly. Back screen protector is not big enough so the dust & dirt fibers are sticking to it making it doomed. 15% off first time buyer coupon never went through & no reply to my email. Phone has dropped a few times and it is holding up, so far...

I really like your products, however I feel the quality is lacking. I have purchased the special ops case and its broken, hassle to try and take pictures and send open a case etc. I did that with the airpods pro case, I never received a replacement or any sort of credit. feel free to verify this information. Thanks!
