The whole experience was beyond easy. Made our choice online and it was delivered within a week. Perfect! Thanks!

Great price and service. Love the fireplace

Great Product! It was just what we needed to replace our non-vented gas logs. We are very pleased with the look of real flames.

I loooove my new fireplace. It changed the whole look of the room and makes it feel cozy and inviting. Since it can be on and not heating, it is on every time I am in the room! The heater is wonderful, especially the temperature control option. I’m so happy with my purchase! The only regret is I wish I had bought it sooner! Shipping was earlier than expected and I had to have FedEx hold it for a few days. The customer service help on Electric Fireplace Direct side was fantastic!
