Although I wanted the WebCam C930E I bought instead the C930C. Appart from the Fact that no Update is available and the Language can‘t be changed from Chinese to Englisch or German the Camera dies a Good Job. Hopefully a Language Update will be available soon. The Delivery of eGlobal was excellent. Thx

I ordered at eGlobal before so I trusted them to buy a lens of nearly €1.400. I tried to contact the customer service, unfortunately they did not react at all. In my opinion for items over €1.00. they should ship them insured for free instead of charging 35€ for that. Therefore 4 instead of 5 stars.
