I was concerned that the item itinerary/tracking has not been updated after 10 day passed, so I emailed support and received an answer back next day saying that the package will arrive soon. A few days later I received a DPD text with the detail and status of my package. Very well protected, and camera in very good conditions. It is not the first item that get from this website, I get a phone a couple of years back, stil in use, received in 7-8 days, another phone sent 5 month ago received in couple of weeks. (Ireland)
