I needed a new lamp for my 2004 Sony tv. I called Dynamic Lamps and their customer service person walked me through which lamp to buy and how to install it. The lamp arrived within two days and was a piece of cake to install. Now the picture on my tv looks brand new...bright and clear. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Thanks!!!
