These people are awesome. They absolutely stand behind their word and product. We drove to Evansville, IN to get a replacement lamp for out big screen TV. They did not have the casing but had the bulb. So they installed the bulb for us. We got home (Princeton, KY) put the casing back in the TV and it played for 3-4 hours and pop!!! Pulled the casing out and the bulb had broken all to pieces. I emailed them because it was after hours. Got up the next morning and they had replied to my email immediately. We called them and they kept apologizing for what had happened to us. They offered to mail us a replacement bulb and for us to mail the broken back to them. Instead we drove back to Evansville, IN because we needed our TV fixed and they replaced the bulb and again apologized for us having to make another trip back up there. We got home installed the casing and it has worked ever since.
