Came safely packaged. I’m not sure if it was brand new (based off of the back plating), but the screen was in perfect condition. Not the easiest to remove the broken screen because it was held in with adhesive that was difficult to reach. If yours is held in with adhesives, try to keep the adhesives nice because the screen doesn’t come with replacement adhesives. All-in-all very happy with my purchase.

Thanks to the support team for their help in defining what kind of display was compatible with my PC.
