I've been dealing with an abhorrent broken screen prior to ordering from this site; being asked for my laptop's model number reassured me that I was getting the exact part I needed, which was a welcome change from looking through listings on Amazon trying to check specifications. Waiting on fulfillment was the most concerning part as I hadn't gotten any feedback on it until it was shipped, from there things were fine. Having received it and installed it a week ago, it works wonderfully and I couldn't be happier! They really came through for me in the end!
