A good repair technician should be able to help you identify the correct component. That's exactly what I did, and everything worked out perfectly. I can't fault Bliss Computers for their advice, communication, service or delivery. They helped me source a part that even Dell Thailand couldn't provide! A massive thank you to Bliss Computers.
