I am very satisfied with the laptop screen and the support I received during the purchase. The screen was the correct model, arrived as expected, and I had no issues with the installation. I especially appreciated that they helped me find the right screen model through their support form. The only downside was the shipping cost from the USA to the EU, which was almost as much as the screen itself. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend them.
