Customer Service and Warranty Zhumell Binoculars

The customer service for a broken pair of binoculars was spectacular. All I had to do was return the item and immediately a new pair was sent. Hmmmm -- do what they said they would do when they said they would do it.. FANTASTIC .. thank you
