Smooth process

Bedfords is outstanding! Fed Ex had some issues. Thank goodness Bedfords required a signature for delivery. I received a message that the carrier tried to deliver but no one was home to sign. I had been home, waiting for the delivery for two days! So either they were at the wrong house or attempt to deliver was a lie. I was thrilled to finally have a delivery person at the door.

Great service! I was kept advised of the status of the back order and when the camera became available, they shipped expedited at their expense. Very thoughtful!
