Rdered 2 weeks ago. Label created but item not shipped. Never received item.

Received a subwoofer enclosure damaged badly . Attempted several times to get response and nothing. Made claim with shipper,ups and supplied with all info. Still no response. Product looked like it would have good and well made. I understand that they can’t control shipping damage, but at least a response would be nice. Regretfully I would not recommend doing business with them . I quess I’m out the cost, and have to purchase another somewhere else.

I have been trying to return the item. No one answers at the administrative office during business hours and no one has voice mail. I resorted to calling the retail store. A nice young man said I would receive email instructions that never arrived. Where is the customer service?
