I have bought half of the equipment for my trucks audio upgrade fro, sonic in the past couple months. I had gotten some really good deals from them. Then the great corona scare came around and I waited over a week for a Subwoofer i had bought to ship. Finally i called and they had sold out of the subs, as well as most other items at that point and somehow forgot to ship me one before they ran out. I had also just ordered an amp from them also that was in queue. I called AV Leaderz to make sure they were a certified forgate dealer (Rockford fosgate doesnt have them listed) But both confirmed that they are certified. So i placed the order with AVL all while grocery shopping, and it was shipped 2 hours later. not in a pile of paperwork somewhere waiting to be forgotten. The amp was shipped 2nd day and i finally got to put my rear seats back in the truck. High ratings for customer service and expediency. Whom ever was helping me even stayed on hold so she could confirm the order and make sure it went out the same day. Fantastic, and hard to come by any more. Will be skipping past sonic from now on.
