The idea is good, mechanics solid and software good. I paid for this device because it looked like a quality and originating product. The problem is the plastics (end cap and ecm cover) are really cheap and break very easily

Y'all need competent tech writers and copy writers who speak English as a first language to help with all marketing materials and user manuals.

Not shipping items for a month while giving the run around to the customer asking for shipping information or status of order at all after theyve taken the payment immediately, shipping wrong items, and delayed customer service if they respond at all

The Autoslide door itself works well and the remotes work great to open it. However, I ordered the pet tag system which does not seem to sync properly. I have contacted Autoslide multiple times via phone and email and have not gotten any response. This is very disappointing. I would like to resolve this but at this time I don’t know what else to try.

A month to receive a high priced drive motor. The card was charged on the day of the order.
