This is a better filter than the Westinghouse and the Whirpool air filters that I used i\previously.

The product arrived in 2 days, very well packaged.

Purifier was shipped promptly and received in good condition. Have subscribed to the replacement hepa filter program and would expect it to also be prompt when a new filter is needed.

It arrived earlier than expected. Well packaged. Easy to setup.

I am very happy with the product and the customer service.
