I had inadvertently ordered the wrong filter. I no longer needed a more expensive pet filter since my sweet cat died. I know just wanted the best filter for air and dust. The person I spoke to named erica was the most helpful and patient person I have dealt with over the phone in a long, long time. She had to put me on hold for a while researching. And I was shocked when she came back. Just to check to see that I was still there and I was okay with waiting. All other businesses need to take note. That is great customer service. I'd like to add that in these stressful times of inflation. One might think this purchase is unnecessary. This kind of customer service keeps my subscription going.
