Prompt service and excellent products

These filters are the best ever, and love the cost break when you buy in packs. Thanks for a great product.

The shipping was quick and little to no work on my end

I made a single phone call and ordered a replacement filter and enrolled in a subscription plan. The filter arrived as scheduled. It was a genuine pleasure dealing with the Alen Company.

Thanks for the timely reminder
