Excellent!

Quick, accurate service

I was on an annual scheduled delivery, but really didn’t need it that often. The employee I interacted with was extremely courteous and cooperative

Easy to use.

From the chat online, to the ease of online hassle free purchase, Alen made researching and purchasing easy. I personally researched and kept my eye on Alen for two years prior to purchasing . Alen has always answered all of my questions I’ve had. The packaging of the Alen air purifiers was impeccable. From the way the box opened to the way the machine was protected, the packaging is above and beyond. While one of our Alens arrived a day later than the other three, it was at no fault of Alen—they all shipped on the same day—that 45i now called the “small fry late guy” just wanted to spend an extra night at the shipping facility. Thank you Alen for the wonderful product and wonderful purchasing experience.
