[hmm, thought it uploaded - am pasting it in from the email, just in case...]Got our replacement filter on schedule, glad to have it. Only thing is, we hadn’t even used the last subscription shipment - the prior update was still going strong after at least 15 months if not more - not unlike how our first ever replacement after original purchase went well into the second year.
We treat it pretty well, vacuum it out from time to time. The indicator just never turned orange - until last week. So, the older update sent out sometime in 2023 finally got to be installed, we’re back in business. The newest shipped filter will have to wait its turn. Am not sure how many we’ll have waiting on standby when its time finally comes up!
Other positive note - there was no problem re getting a pet odor version. The availability on the previous filter was in question last year, but we did get one - I believe it came delayed.
Availability was a non-issue this time around. We need this appliance in Michigan, as Canadian wildfires hit our AQI very hard this past year, and projections aren’t much better for the coming year.
