My first filter came damaged from shipping and after I emailed Alen, they immediately sent a new one to me. I’ve had my air purifier for over 7 years now and it still works great! My first one actually started to make weird noises early on and Alen immediately sent me a replacement and I sent in the old one. If you want an air purifier for the long haul, Alen is the company to go with.
