I made my first purchase from AGI for a Pioneer XDJ-XZ this past January for my birthday. Shipping was immediate and it arrived right on time! Super excited I immediately got it all setup and started playing with my new toy. Unfortunately I realized that it had a hardware issue and had to be returned. :( I wrote to AGI with a video of what I was seeing and they were more than helpful getting an RMA started to send the defective unit back. I should also mention how in demand this unit is. It's literally sold out everywhere. I spoke with Ty who promised to set a unit aside for me while waiting for my defective unit to come back. This is at the same time that they literally sold out online. AGI received my defective unit and shipped out the new one the very next day. While it took another week to receive, it was exactly what I was looking for, a perfect, fully functional controller! I'm completely grateful for Ty and Fernando for taking care of me and turning and unfortunate situation into a great experience. AGI rocks and I will be back for my next purchase!
