First I am in Northern Oregon and they are in Southern Oregon so my experience may be a little different than yours. The first item is their website is always accurate on what is in stock. Every item I have purchased has been shipped the next business day and arrives in 2 days to me. they are friendly and always have advice to help in your purchase (cables, power cords, clamps) this prevents you from having to call back the day you get it and realize you forgot. Most of the time I do everything online but on a few items I have talked to them about what I want to do and they direct me to something even better or a kit they have which takes a lot of stress off you about forgetting things. Great people will be back for my next system.
