Have not received dispatched 6/4 now 17/4 have not received

I have not used the phone yet because I can't get the SIM card to work (I have never had any problem with any other phone). I emailed about this and was told to find someone who could do it. I emailed again and, as yet, have had no response.

Letters too small.Manual is unreadable even with a magnifying glass therefore quite useless for a sight impaired person. Please send to an address to which i can return it for the full refund promised in your FAQ

This phone was said to be a 3G network phone but was actually only a 2G phone so was unusable in Australia. Was thankfully given a full refund.
