Big Buttons AU (Magento)

I purchased this Big Button phone for my husband who has Parkinson’s. After setting the phone up it still won’t work and is displaying “No Service” message. Thinking it must be something to do with it being a 3G phone as we have 4G in our area. After contacting the company they were prompt in replying to me and said they would look into it. Since then no further communication!! I have had the phone for 3 weeks and it’s useless to me. The other problem is that it only holds the charge for 2 Days and we aren’t using the phone.

Delivery expected 1-6 days, now 15 days and waiting.

I'm still waiting on delivery, so I cannot make a judgement at this time.

The remote may well work on other TV's but does not work on a Palsonic TV, even though its listed on the web site, when you get the unit the instructions show no code to suit a Palsonic! A quick check online and others have had the same problem. Still waiting on a refund.
