Expensive toy. Doesn’t ring out or receive calls. Would love my money back.

Shipping took longer considering I paid the $5 fee but I guess with covid that was to be expected

At this point in time I am completely confused with the manual and have not been able to figure out how to use the phone. I have charged the battery and sim card has been installed but I have put it aside to deal with when I can!! I do not want to give a rating as it is not yet operational so that would not be fair - but this review will not proceed if I don't select a star.

Terrible phone. I could not get it to work and I have had many mobiles. Bought it for my disabled wife and it was useless. Returning it.
