Big Buttons AU (Magento)

Very poor, we were advised a week ago the phone had arrived in the warehouse. We paid "EXPRESS" postage. Still no phone. Big Buttons should not be asking a customer to review a product that Big Buttons has still not posted to the customer. Extremely poor customer service.

Terrible 😢 paid express post and didn’t receive product for 10days!! Shitty customer service team didn’t even respond to this fact in my email just saying it’s on its way. No phone number to call & pathetic customer service!

So disappointed most of the reviews said how simple the Phone was to use. My poor mum who’s 90 years old can’t work it out, ( she had a iPhone before that she could use. ) My brother set it up the big buttons phone for her and stayed with her for a week showing her how to use it. Now he gone back interstate where he lives. And now she has no one to help her with it. Now we have to ring her neighbour to find out if she’s ok. Now I’m just going to organise a landline for her.

Contact when complaint sent but still no item. Only explanation Aust post are busy. Every other item I order gets delivered
