Shopping was fast and support was helpful.

Sent very quickly shame about Australia Post sat in the local post office for two days before sending out for delivery

Like the blue background/face which makes it easier for my elderly father to see the black buttons. The red lock on the right hand side is a problem though, as it’s right where he holds the phone and he keeps accidentally locking it. Also, even when the red lock button is in ‘unlock’ position the phone automatically defaults to a “please slide the button on the right to unlock the phone” when it’s on the charger, so the red button has to be slid down then up again to unlock it once it’s out of the charger……every time he uses it. The lock button shouldn’t be used if it’s been disabled in the settings I think (which I have done). Otherwise a good seniors phone.

My mother misses the three big auto-dialler buttons on her last handset.
