As a 90 year old I had a lot of trouble with the previous mobiles I tried - often because I couldn't see the numbers properly and my stiff old fingers wouldn't negotiate the screen. This one has given me hope. I can see what I'm doing and the operation is simple. It is easy to hear too. Staff at Optus fixed it all up for me and I am now in communication again. Great.
