Have tried numerous times to make the mat work. Have contacted Woojer more than once to clarify if it needs the app to work but only got sent instructions (YouTube) how to use the app. Instructions say is does NOT need the app but how it’s supported to work is unclear and frustrating. It turns on and vibrates one second before immediately turning off. I’m over it!

Not delivered at 16 days, customer service is not communicating. There is no way to contact live person - only AI and forms. Buyer beware!
