The Woojer Mat stopped working after just a few days, after the control unit started getting very hot during use. Now it just doesn’t power on. Then to add insult to injury customer service has been shocking as I’ve had x3 emails just ignored after asking for a full refund! Such a shame, as I saved and was excited about incorporating the Woojer Mat into my wellness routine. But sadly I have lost all confidence in the company now (hence asking for a refund).
