So far I am pretty disappointed with the whole experience ordering from your company. Originally my order was supposed to arrive in time for Christmas. An email was sent saying you couldn’t deliver to a Post Office Box, unfortunately that email went to my Spam folder and wasn’t discovered for several days, too late to get it here in time for Christmas. Why your company and others don’t just specify how you ship your products at the time of ordering I’ll never understand. It would save a lot of hassle. Anyway, I was eventually given a tracking number and arrival date of January 10th, nearly a month after ordering, but here it is the 12th of January and still no delivery. Hopefully your product is amazing and worth the hassle, because so far the experience leaves a lot to be desired.

Hallo, ich bin enttäuscht. Das erhoffte Konzert-Bass-Feeling beim Musik hören blieb aus. Es war nur ein stellenweises Vibrieren bzw. Kribbeln. Eine deutliche Zeitverzögerung beim Anschluss über AUX trübt weiterhin erheblich den versprochenen Eindruck. Zur Unterstützung vom Musikhören über Lautsprecher ist das nix. Schade. Vielleicht kommt mehr Effekt beim Gaming rüber.

Not a great experiences. Product was hard to sync. Afterwords, the feeling between sound and vibration had a lot of latency.

The strap 3 was not what I expected. It was just vibrating on my stomach. I tried to use it at the gym but it fell off like 5 times.
