I want to start by saying I love your products and even bought the strap for my brother which he loves. With that said here are my issues. 1.Getting customer support is a bit of a hassle and not very timely. 2. Having to film a video of what problem is occurring is tough, especially when you only have a phone. 3. When connecting the Woojer to the PS5 via the prober USB cable there are still intermittent cut outs in audio. 4. There are no connectivity issues when connecting using proper audio cables, but there is loud static/feedback. Causes me to turn down the Woojer vest audio which effects the haptic feedback. There are no issues when connecting to my PC. Other than that. I cant play games without it.

You guys delivered as promised

Not impressed with this product. I wish the return policy was more than 30 days.
