About the shipping DHL never deliver my box, but customer service was so helpful and kind at the time to resend the new box.

They made the return more difficult than it had to be. My initial message was very clear in my attempts to troubleshoot and that I just didn’t like how the product performed. Eventually I was sent a return authorization and they quickly refunded me after that.

Service was good. Shipping was fast as long as you paid extra.
