When you're watching YouTube, every time you go to a new song, you have to hit pause and play again each song for it to reactivate. It's really annoying. It needs to be fixed and also the straps come off way too easily and it tends to really heat up

My husband loved the gift, but even though I paid for the item on Feb 1st, I still hadn't received a shipment notification nearly a month later. When I reached out to Woojer on Feb 27th, the item shipped the very next day, so it's hard not to think my order was somehow forgotten. Unfortunately, this delay meant that my husband's birthday present arrived weeks after his birthday, but he was thrilled nonetheless.

Not upfront about long delivery time.
