Online store was straightforward. Shipping was delayed, but company kept us informed, & it arrived before Christmas as promised. Only issue we had was with a credit card not going through properly. Had to use a different one.

Product have potential but there are issues that need to be fixed. USB-C connection is crackling and you need to use cable to minimize latency. Both to the vest and to your headset. Perhaps better with firmware updates? But other than that, have a lot of potential. Gives FPS a new meaning.. Looking forward to 7.1 when launched. Should be done via USB-C but seems that a separate equipment is needed that is launched Q1/23

It works nice, but the app could use some work, and the android version glitches when trying to pair over the apple one.
